Todays painting is the 100th blog painting. 99 are sold into 7 different countries on 3 continents. All I can do is bow my head in awe, to all of you that made this possible, to those who bought my paintings, and to the vast majority of you who kept visiting the blog although you had not yet been able to buy a painting, simply because you where that few seconds too late, and of course to all other visitors who are interested in my work. To all of you a big thank you for your patience and stamina. Todays painting is showing a scene from my favourite coffee shop, that I visit almost every day as it is just around the corner from my studio and I do need my capuccino in the morning to get started.
Das heutige Bild ist das 100. blog painting. 99 Bilder haben sich verkauft. Sie gingen in 7 verschiedene Länder auf drei Kontinenten. Vor allen, die das möglich gemacht haben, kann ich nur in Ehrfurcht mein Haupt senken. Vor allen, die die Bilder gekauft und vor der großen Mehrheit die meinen blog weiter besucht haben obwohl sie bisher nicht die Chance hatten ein Bild zu erwerben, einfach weil sie immer gerade ein paar Sekunden zu spät dran waren. Und natürlich auch vor allen andern blog Besuchern die sich für meine Arbeiten interessieren. An Sie alle ein großes Dankeschön für Ihre Geduld und Durchhaltevermögen. Das heutige Bild zeigt eine Szene aus meinem Lieblings Coffee Shop hier in Berlin, ich gehe fast täglich dort hin, zum einen weil er gleich beim Atelier ist und zum anderen brauche ich einfach meinen Capuccino am Morgen um anzufangen.
