Stairs to my Studio

Some of you know my upstairs studio. Leading to it are very old and steep stairs, as the lighting does not work properly, I place those glass cans with tea lights on the stairs if I expect visitors. Upstairs we will have wine in front of the fire, talk about life and art, listen to the playing of the piano ( we kept the piano downstairs) and drink some more wine …..
Einige kennen mein Atelier im ersten Stock. Dorthin kommt man über eine alte steile Wendeltreppe, da das Hauslicht nicht wirklich funktioniert, stelle ich auf die Stufen diese Glaskannen mit Teelichtern, wenn ich Besuch erwarte. Oben im ersten Stock trinken wir dann Wein vor dem Kamin in dem ein Feuer prasselt, reden über das Leben, die Kunst, manchmal spielt auch jemand Klavier dazu ( das Klavier steht aber unten) und trinken noch mehr Wein …
