Noch ein Bild in Arbeit. Der Musiker Julius Peter Nitsch. Ich mag es Musikern zuzusehen wenn sie ihr Instrument stimmen, gerade vor einer Aufführung. Zwischen dem Musiker und seinem Instrument ist da eine ganz besondere Intensität, ein zärtliches konzentriertes Ritual, das letzt private bei einander sein bevor es da raus geht, in das Ungewisse Gewisse der Aufführung.

Another painting in the making. The musician Julius Peter Nitsch. I like to watch musicians tune their instrument, especially before a performance. Between the musician and his instrument there is a very special intensity, a tender, concentrated ritual, the last private moment with each other before going out, into the uncertain certainty of the performance.
