Zu neuen Ufern

Endlich angekommen an neuen Ufern. Herzlich willkommen auf meinem neuen Blog !
Im Rückblick erscheinen mir die vergangenen 7 Wochen wie eine endlose Odysse aber nicht über offenen Wasser sondern durch unwegsame Sümpfe und Moorlandschaften, durch sich widersprechende neue EU Gesetze und aufgeblasene Bürokratie, und dem vagen Gefühl, trotz aller guten Intention, auch hier trifft es wieder einmal die Falschen.
Aber das Boot, wenn auch etwas durchgeschüttelt ist wieder im sicheren Hafen.
Es wurde mit großer Geduld von DEUX & MEISTER gesteuert, die den blog und den bestehenden Internetauftritt völlig neu programmierten, nach den strengen Vorgaben der neuen EU Gesetzgebung.
Bei allen rechtlichen Fragen waren als Lotsen an Bord Dr. Christian Jakob LL.M von CT Haunhorst-Schmidt, Oldenburg und Prof. Wolfgang Müller, Fachanwalt für Informationstechnologierecht von Schlüter Graf, Dortmund, die mit sicherer Hand und kühlem Kopf alle Hindernisse umfuhren.
Mein goßer Dank geht an sie alle, und natürlich auch an Sie, meine verehrten Sammler und Leser, die beharrlich fragten wie und wann es denn nun weitergeht… und jetzt geht es weiter, ab heute kann ich mich endlich wieder ganz dem widmen was ich eigentlich immer nur machen wollte, nämlich Bilder zu malen und sie Ihnen über das wunderbare Medium Internet, täglich zu zeigen, und somit in einen Dialog zu treten der keinerlei Landesgrenzen kennt.
Eine große Bitte habe ich noch, wenn Sie weiterhin meine Tagesbilder in Ihrer Mail erhalten wollen, tragen Sie sich gern hier oben rechts ein, so können wir neu beginnen. Herzlichen Dank !
Finally I have arrived on new shores. Welcome to my new blog !
Looking back, the last 7 weeks seem to me like a neverending odyssee but not on open waters but through impracticable swamps and moorfields, through contradictory new EU laws and blown up bureaucracy, and the lingering feeling that in spite of all good intentions once again the wrong people are targeted.
But my boat, although a bit shaken, is now back in a safe harbour.
With a lot of patience it was steered by DEUX & MEISTER, who have re-programmed the blog and website according to the new EU laws.
In all legal matters we had as pilots on board Dr. Christian Jakob LL.M from CT Haunhorst-Schmidt, Oldenburg and Prof. Wolfgang Müller, Fachanwalt für Informationstechnologierecht from Schlüter Graf, Dortmund, who navigated with a safe hand and a cool head around all obsticles.
I thank them all and of course I thank all of my collectors and readers, of whom many have constantly asked how and when I start anew …. and now I start again, from today on I finally can donate my time to what I normally always want to do exclusively, to paint paintings and to share them with you through the great medium internet, and to step herewith into a dialogue that does not know any country borders.
